Frozen Computer

Problem/Symptom:
Installation of the AIB results in a frozen computer.

PASCO Solution:
The board (or cable, or interface) is shorting out the power supply in the computer. Remove AIB, and return board, cable, and box to PASCO for repair. Prolonged power application while computer is "dead" (no response) will result in damage to the computer.
