Accessing Purchased Licensed Downloads from PASCO Account

How do I access my purchased licensed SPARKvue/Capstone software download links and/or license key from my PASCO web account?

Once you are logged in, under the “my account” tab on the left side of the page, go to the “subscriptions” tab, and there you will find all of your purchased software licenses. 

For SPARKvue:

Click on the “view details” button next to SPARKvue, and there you will see the direct download links for the licensed versions of SPARKvue for Mac, Windows 32 bit, and Windows 64 bit. There is no license key that needs to be entered for SPARKvue.

For Capstone: 

Click on the “view details” button next to Capstone, and there you will see the direct download links for Capstone for Mac, Windows 32 bit, and Windows 64 bit. The license key associated with the account will be located below the download links.
