Polarimeter is not turning on or is not charging.

If the PS-2235 polarimeter is not turning on or is not charging, the device can be reset by plugging it into a dedicated USB charger (cell phone charger), and pressing the reset button on the bottom of the device.

If you find that your polarimeter is not turning on or is not charging, please try the following to revive your device.

Please plug the PS-2235 into a dedicated power source (cell phone charger).  Please remove the cell so that it will not fall out of the device.  Using an n unbent paper clip, press the recessed reset button on the bottom of the device. If this does not revive the device, please contact Technical Support at support@pasco.com.  Please include the serial number for the polarimeter.  This serial number will start with the letter "P".  

If you find that you need to replace the battery for the device, the battery for this item is part number PS-2569.
