Increasing font size (Mac)

How can I increase the font size on a Mac?

When working within PASCO software it can often be helpful to increase the font size for certain tasks.  To help with this on Mac's the following can be used.

Magnifying the screen in Mac OSX
Make sure you are in "Finder" and open the "Apple" menu.
Select "System Preferences..." ...
Select the "Seeing" tab and then 'Turn on Zoom'
To zoom in press "Alt" + "Apple" + "+" on your keyboard, and to zoom out press "Alt" + "Apple" + "-".
