Determination of spacing between beams on smart gates
How to find effective distance between smart gate photogate beams.
To most accurately determine the effective spacing between photogate beams of the PS-2180 Smart Gate or the PS-3225 Wireless Smart Gate, multiply the calculated velocity of the object in the gate by the time in the gate. This will generate the effective distance between the two gates in meters.
