How do I measure a cell, organism, or other items captured in an image within SPARKvue?
By default, SPARKvue's image measurement tool will measure in units of pixels (px). Using a known reference length, units can be changed to millimeters, micrometers, or other appropriate units and measurements can be made in these units.
