  • Analyzing and interpreting our data
  • Using electronic SPARKlabs to engage students in live data collection, reflection prompts, and journaling

PASCO Capstone Software

2017 PASCO Capstone Summer Institute
July 25-28 / $475 / Roseville, CA

You’ll have the opportunity to apply skills learned in this workshop to popular physics labs, working with a variety of interfaces and sensors. We’ll then explore some of the more specialized and advanced features of PASCO Capstone, including calculations, output, and video analysis. Finally, you’ll learn how to adapt and create your own labs in PASCO Capstone and have time to develop them in collaboration with your workshop colleagues and facilitators. We look forward to exploring the power of PASCO Capstone with you this summer.

Training Session

Realize the full potential of your PASCO technologies and help your students discover science by attending a summer institute. PASCO offers summer workshops to help you develop skills to take full advantage of teaching with probeware. In these in-depth workshops you will team up with experienced facilitators and fellow science teachers in a collegial atmosphere and learn through an effective mix of demonstrations and hands-on activities. Attend a two- to three-day PASCO Summer Institute and return to your classroom with a solid foundation for effectively integrating PASCO probeware into your science curriculum, and with labs you can implement right away.
