Readings Won't Go Above 100 deg. C.

Problem/Symptom:
When taking temperature data, readings will not go above 100 deg. C.

PASCO Solution:
The default Sensitivity for the Temperature Sensor is set to Medium. To read temperatures above 100 Degrees, the Sensitivity for the channel must be changed to Low. To do so, double click on the Temperature Sensor icon in the Experiment Setup window to bring up the Calibration window for the Temperature Sensor. There will be a Sensitivity setting. Change this setting from Medium to Low. Please note that the Temperature Sensor should not be used in liquids with a temperature above 105 deg. C.
