How do I prevent DataStudio from launching automatically.
Macintosh OS X
DataStudio 1.9+ runs PASPortal when any user logs in. PASPortal appears in the dock at the bottom of the screen. To disable this auto-run feature, control-click the dock icon and uncheck Run At Login. Log out and back in.
To turn PASPortal back on, double-click PASPortal in the DataStudio folder, control-click the dock icon, and check Run At Login.
Macintosh OS 9
Click on the local hard drive icon on your desktop. Move the file PASPORT Monitor from the System Folder:Extensions folder to the Applications (MacOS 9):DataStudio folder. Restart the computer.
To enable it again, put PASPORT Monitor back in the Extensions folder and reboot.
Macintosh OS 8
Click on the local hard drive icon on your desktop. Move the file PASPortal from the System Folder:Startup Items to the DataStudio folder. Restart the computer.
To re-enable, put the PASPortal file back into the startup items folder and reboot.
Windows (All Versions)
Remove the file PASPortal from the Startup folder (Startt/All Programs/Startup), log out, and log back in.
(To re-enable PASPortal, move PASPortal back to the "Startup" folder, log out, and log back in.)
