Apple II Error: "UNABLE TO LOAD PRODOS"

Affected Products:

AP-6501 NOT A VALID PART NUMBER

Problem/Symptom:
When attempting to load Apple software the error message "UNABLE TO LOAD PRODOS" appears.

PASCO Solution:
This is usually caused by a damaged diskette. Contact Technical Support at 1-800-772-8700 (in US) or 1-916-786-3800 to request a replacement.
