Please ask you IT administrator to check that the following ports are not blocked:
80 (The Chrome App uses this standard web HTTP to load the SPARKvue app.)
443 (FilePicker.io uses HTTPS over this port, along with HTTP over port 80.)
3001 (For Connected Sessions, the default TCP/IP port used for websocket connections is 3001.)
Also, the site "sparkvue.pasco.com" should be accessible; which may require white listing the site.
(The SPARKvue utilizes an elastic load balancer to handle SPARKvue traffic preventing us from releasing a set of IP addresses associated with sparkvue.pasco.com.)
