AP-8209 Troubleshooting

PASCO Solution:
  1. Check that your earth ground connection from your outlet is good with an outlet tester or switch to another electrical outlet.
  2. Allow the system to warm up for at least twenty minutes before calibrating or taking measurements.
  3. Check that the cap is on the light source before calibration.
  4. Check that the button of the “Phototube signal” is set appropriately: in the calibration mode when calibrating and in the measure mode when measuring. Operate the “Phototube signal” switch several times to ensure that it is not stuck.
