SPARKvue gives error, "An error occurred saving the file."

When saving a file through SPARKvue, SPARKvue gives the error, "An error occurred saving the file."
SPARKvue will return the above warning under three circumstances.
SPARKvue gives the error "An error occurred saving the file."
- A Read-Only version of the file with the same name already exists in the same location.
- SPARKvue was not able to access the drive onto which SPARKvue was attempting to save the file.
- Insufficient disk space is available on the drive SPARKvue was attempting to save the file.
If the cause of the problem is a Read-Only version of the file, selecting "Save File As" from the Sharing screen and giving the file a different name will avoid the error message.
If error is not resolved by attempting to us the "Save File As" button, please attempt to select a different storage device that is known to be connected to the computer and that contains sufficient storage for the file to be saved.
