Devices not shown properly in SPARKvue
Sensor shown in SPARKvue is different than the type of sensor that I have.
If a sensor or device is showing up within SPARKvue as a different sensor or device than it is, please update your version of SPARKvue through our webpage, the PASCO Webstore on your device, or the appropriate app store for your device operating system (iOS App store, Google Play, or Chrome Web Store) so that the version of SPARKvue is 4.3 or above.
Do not update your sensor firmware prior to updating the version of SPARKvue on your device.
