Devices not shown properly in SPARKvue or PASCO Capstone

Sensor shown in SPARKvue or Capstone is different than the type of sensor that I have.

If a sensor or device is showing up within SPARKvue or PASCO Capstone as a different sensor or device than it is, please update your version of SPARKvue or PASCO Capstone through our webpage, the PASCO Webstore on your device, or the appropriate app store for your device operating system (iOS App store, Google Play, or Chrome Web Store) so that the version of SPARKvue is 4.3 or above or PASCO Capstone 2.0 or later.

Do not update your sensor firmware prior to updating the software version on your computing device.
