How do I use the wireless temperature sensor to log data?
This video shows the cooling curve generated by remote logging temperature data from within a freezer. The temperature sensor is configured for the sampling frequency and is left overnight to autonomously log temperature data from within the freezer.
If performed for a longer time or without a thermos, you will be able observe the temperature during the phase change from water to ice.
