Plant Pigment Chromatography and Spectroscopy - PASCO Live

On PASCO Live, we're getting into the Fall spirit with demonstrations in leaf pigment chromatography and spectroscopy. In the first demonstration, we'll present a simple chromatography experiment that students can perform at home or in school using leaves, Isopropyl Alcohol and filter paper. Then, Dr. Keener will demonstrate a quick and easy way to investigate the concentration of Chlorophyll in olive oil. Lastly, we'll use the Wireless Spectrometer to investigate the absorption spectrum of various leaf pigments. Join us to celebrate Fall PASCO style - with science!
