Overview

This highly sensitive Geiger-Muller Counter measures beta, gamma and alpha radiation.

Provides audible beep for radiation count. Designed for easy mounting for superior position control in inverse square labs. Includes plastic cap for protection of the mica membrane.

Power for the tube is supplied through the connection to an interface that supplies an operating voltage of +5 V.  It can connect directly to a digital input such as those found on the 550 and 850 Universal Interfaces or on the legacy ScienceWorkshop 750 and 500 interfaces.

A version of this product is available that includes the adapter for use with PASPORT interfaces such as the AirLink.

PASPORT or ScienceWorkshop?

PASPORT sensors connect directly to all current PASCO interfaces.

ScienceWorkshop sensors connect directly to the 550 and 850 Universal Interfaces as well as legacy ScienceWorkshop interfaces.  They can connect to other PASCO interfaces with the use of an adapter. More info.
