(90-day Satisfaction Guarantee)

We are confident that PASCO solutions will help your students achieve more in science. Within the first 90 days, if you are not satisfied that your students are more engaged and learning more effectively, return your purchase for a refund. We don't want you spending precious budget dollars on something you don't use. (We are sorry but we must exclude non-PASCO software that has been opened, radioactive products, and products that contain perishables.) See instructions for Returns on this page.

5-year Warranty for Education

As a mission-focused company, PASCO designs educational products for use by teachers and students around the world. The educational setting is unique, with different requirements for equipment intended explicitly to teach scientific concepts. In primary, secondary, and university educational applications, PASCO-manufactured products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from delivery date against defects in material and workmanship. The PASCO warranty does not extend to any products, including touch screens, that have been subject to abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or application in any use other than education, or products that have been repaired or altered outside of our factory. Consumables and limited-life products (such as pH probes, membranes, fast-response temperature probes, batteries, chemical solutions, printed materials, etc.) are excluded. Product-specific and additional warranty information is available upon request. Two exceptions to the 5-year PASCO Warranty are the SPARK LX and SPARK LXi dataloggers.

SPARK LX and SPARK LXi Dataloggers

The SPARK LX and SPARK LXi carry a limited warranty for a period of 3 years from delivery date against defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the SPARK LX and SPARK LXi that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external damage. This warranty can also be voided by unauthorized use, alterations or repair. This warranty is valid for education institution customers and only for educational use of these products.

1-year Limited Warranty Outside Education

Products used in research, commercial, industrial, consumer, or athletic applications will have a 1-year limited warranty at PASCO’s discretion against defects in material and workmanship. Products that have been subject to continuous usage, extreme environments, or products that have been repaired or altered outside of our factory will not be covered under the warranty.

 

Resale Products

Products manufactured by anyone other than PASCO are subject to the conditions of the warranty supplied by the manufacturer.

Educational Pricing

Prices that may be displayed on this website or printed in catalogs are discounted prices only for recognized U.S. Educational Institutions within the United States. This U.S. educational pricing reflects a 30% discount off our retail price on all products manufactured by PASCO, and a 22% discount off our retail price on products for which PASCO is an authorized reseller. Educational institutions outside the USA or non-educational customers, please inquire for pricing from PASCO (sales@pasco.com) or your local representative. Prices are effective January 1, 2018, and supersede any previously published prices. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include freight and handling or federal, state or local taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Forms of Payment

Purchase Orders. PASCO accepts purchase orders from recognized public and private educational institutions. For phone orders, please include a purchase order number and an authorized name. For written orders, please include a purchase order number, a phone number, and a valid authorized signature. Terms are net 30 days for approved accounts. Partial shipments are invoiced separately and are payable in 30 days. Late payments are subject to 1.5% per month service charge after 30 days.

Credit Cards. PASCO accepts MASTERCARD, VISA, American Express and Discover. Please include your name, telephone number, account number, expiration date, CVC code and signature.

Software Licenses

SPARKvue

SPARKvue software may be purchased as a Single License for use with one computer or as a Site License for use on all computers on a K-12 campus or in a college/university department. 

SPARKvue for iPad®, iPhone®, Chromebook™ or Android™  smartphones or tablets is licensed separately and is free through the App Store, the Chrome Web Store, and Google Play. Go to pasco.com/downloads for more information.

PASCO Capstone

PASCO Capstone may be purchased as a Single License for use with one computer, as a K-12 Campus License for use on all computers in a single school campus (including student use at home), or as a College/University Department License for use on all computers in a single department (including student use at home).

Shipping

Items in stock will normally be shipped in less than three working days from receipt of the order. Specific requests for air shipments or special carriers will be honored at additional cost.

Returns

In USA:

Please obtain the required Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product to PASCO (call 1-800-772-8700). RMAs for products being returned under our 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee or In-Warranty products will include an Electronic Return Label for free shipping. Out-of-Warranty products must be shipped prepaid. Returns for credit or exchange must be in new condition and packaged in original shipping cartons or packaging sufficient to prevent damage during transit.

International:

Please contact the authorized PASCO representative in your country for assistance in returning equipment for repair. PASCO’s International Customer Service team can be reached at +1-916-462-8383ß or at custserv@pasco.com. Out-of-Warranty products must be shipped prepaid, door-to-door. Returns for credit or exchange must be in new condition and packaged in original shipping cartons or packaging sufficient to prevent damage during international transport.
