Troubleshooting

• Check that you have the latest released version of the GLX firmware (1.46). If not, please see the firmware upgrade procedure.
• Connect the printer to a computer and upgrade the firmware of the printer.
• Connect the printer to the GLX via the USB-A port .
• Attempt to print.
• If the display does not start print within a few seconds, press the "PCL" option twice.
