The Sultanate of Oman Implements Newest Solutions for Scientific Discovery using PASCO's Technology
The Sultanate of Oman is supporting science education with technology; the government’s goal is to prepare students to compete in all aspects of scientific investigation, keep pace with global scientific progress and contribute to the scientific community worldwide. PASCO contributed datalogging equipment, training, Arabic software and local support to assist with Oman's vision.

North America
PASCO Hosts Popular Exhibit at Olympic Training Center
During the summer of 2007, the U.S. Olympic Complex extended an invitation to PASCO scientific to install an exhibit in the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame rotunda, at the visitor center. The exhibit opened on July 23rd and consisted of 4 hands-on technology stations where visitors gained new understanding and appreciation of the strength, conditioning, and skill required to perform at the level of our Olympic athletes.

Chilamate, Costa Rica -- PASCO has worked with Holbrook, Selva Verde Private Reserve, Sarapiqui Conservation Learning Center, the GLOBE Program® and others to offer educators experience using probeware in a unique setting.

Water Prize
Skeisvang, Norway -- Two students used the XPlorer GLX to measure several parameters (pH, temperature, alkalinity, conductivity, and content of oxygen, ammonium, nitrate and phosphate) to track seasonal changes in the Skeisvatnet Lake. Their paper was a finalist for the 2010 Stockholm Water Prize contest
Tracking an Eclipse in Norway and Sharing Workbook throughout Country
Holmestrand, Norway -- PASCO's representative in Norway was able to use PASPORT to document a solar eclipse, and then share a DataStudio workbook of the eclipse with all of Norway's secondary school students.

Queensland, Australia -- Australian teacher Peter Cavallaro finds students' concepts of mechanics and motion dramatically changed through activities incorporating probeware.

Teachers Discover Computers and PASPORT Technology in Ethiopia
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia -- Americans introduce teachers in Ethiopia to concepts such as learning styles, cooperative learning and engaging students by introducing fun into the classroom -- including use of the Xplorer and sensors.

Antarctica Expedition Includes PASCO Equipment
McMurdo Sound, Antarctica -- Fourth-grade teacher Tina King used PASCO datalogging equipment on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Antarctica. Tina collected information on temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and salinity.

Japanese students perform a superconductivity experiment in an Advanced Physics lab that produces results they can see... in real time.
Otani Senior High School, Japan - At this senior high school, Professor Toyoda and his Advanced Physics class devised a way to perform a superconductivity experiment that they hoped would produce results they could see in real time. With their unique combination of creativity and PASCO probeware, the class performed this experiment.
