Holbrook travel is the premier provider of field-based professional development activities for science educators and students. Participants have an opportunity to travel to a variety of science-rich environments to collect data and participate in active research. Holbrook provides travelers with valid research tools and experiences using SPARKscience.

Holbrook immerses participants in the local culture, environment and educational systems in the countries they visit. By pioneering SPARKscience in their Selva Verde rainforest reserve in Costa Rica, Holbrook allows participants to collect and analyze data so they can better understand the changing rainforest environment. These unique experiences give teachers an opportunity to gain global insight, build knowledge in a living laboratory and unite with an international network of science educators.
