Newton's Second Law Formula

Investigate forces and acceleration with Dynamics Track Systems. These versatile systems are designed to allow the track to be inclined, attach pulleys to hang weights to accelerate carts, and use fan accessories to provide a constant force. Adding mass bars can vary the mass of carts. In addition, Force Sensors, Motion Sensors, Photogates, and Acceleration Sensors can be attached to carts and/or the tracks to measure force and acceleration.

For more precise position, velocity, and acceleration measurements, the Rotary Motion Sensor can be attached to the track and cart with a string around pulleys, much like a clothes line.
