Students will use Motion Sensors to investigate the conservation of momentum. Students will measure the velocity of two carts before and after an inelastic collision.

Method:

Use two Motion Sensors to measure the motion of two carts before and after they collide. Compare the momentum of the carts before they collide with the momentum after they collide.
