1. Connect the 500 Interface to the serial port of the computer.
   
   
2. Plug the Force Sensor into analog channel A.
   
   
3. Incline the dynamics track at an angle of 5-10 degrees. Attach the Force Accessory Bracket in the downhill end (see photo below).
   
   
4. Attach the Force Sensor to the PAScar or Dynamics Cart and screw the heavy spring attachment (from the Force Accessory Bracket) into the sensor.
   
   
   Note: PASPORT sensors are used for experiment setup purposes only and are not compatible with the 500 Interface.
