Make sure the switch at the top of the Motion Sensor is set to "Cart."
Using the long thumbscrew attach the Force Sensor to the Force Sensor Bracket.
Connect the Force Sensor to the Xplorer GLX.
Remove the hook from the Force Sensor and screw in the rubber bumper.
Press the Power Button on the GLX.
With the Force Sensor held horizontally, press the "TARE" or "ZERO" button.
Attach the Motion Sensor to one end of the track.
Attach the Force Sensor Bracket/Force Sensor Assembly to the lower end of the track.
SOFTWARE SETUP:
If necessary, press the Home Button on the GLX to return to the Home Screen.
Press the button or navigate to the Sensors display.
Use the buttons to select the Force Sensor.
Maximize the Sample Rate to 5000 as in the picture above.
Maximize the Sample Rate to 50 for the Motion Sensor as well.
Change Position to "Not Visible." Change the Velocity to "Visible."
Press the Home Button on the GLX to return to the Home Screen.
Press to view the graph.
If necessary, change the graph to view Velocity versus Time: press the Check button twice and use the Arrow buttons to highlight "Velocity." Press the Check button again to select "Velocity."
