Experimental Setup for PASPORT:
  1. Setup the Launcher and Photogates to the table: Attach the Photogate Mounting Bracket to the bottom of the Launcher. Screw the bottom of Photogates to the Mounting Bracket. Using a Table Clamp or a C-clamp, attach the Launcher to the table. Make sure there is enough room to launch the ball.

  2. Connect the plugs of the Photogates to a Photogate Port: Connect the plug of the Photogate nearest the Launcher to Port 1 of the 1st Photogate Port. Connect the plug of the other Photogate to Port 2 of the 1st Photogate Port.

  3. Connect the plug of the Time-of-Flight Accessory to the other Photogate Port.

  4. Connect the Photogate Ports to the PASPORT interface.

  5. Connect the interface to the USB port of the computer.

  6. Level the Launcher. Loosen the thumbscrew behind the Launcher. Adjust the Launcher until the string of the plumb bob aligns with the 0 degree marker on the side of the Launcher. Tighten the thumbscrew behind the Launcher.
