Experimental Setup:
Prepare the Slinky:
Cut a slinky to approximately 15 cm.
See the Figure 1.
Bend both ends of the Slinky to make "hooks."
Hang the slinky
to the Pendulum Clamp.
Prepare the mass
: Tape a small section of foam padding to the bottom of the 100 g mass. Tape Carbon Paper over the foam padding.
