Experimental Setup for ScienceWorkshop-Based Interface:
    1. Connect the Interface to the computer and plug a Light Sensor to Digital Channel 1.
    1. Attach the Light Sensor to the Aperture Bracket by screwing the "skinny post" underneath the Aperture Bracket.

    2. Attach the Aperture Bracket to the Aperture Bracket Holder as in the picture above. Place this assembly on the Optical Bench.

    3. Slide the Light Sensor assembly until the front is over the 10 cm mark on the Optical Bench.

    4. Remove the diffuser from your line source.

    5. Place the line source over the 0 cm mark of the Optical Bench. Make sure its height is even to the Light Sensor.

    6. Turn the line source on.
    1. Turn the dial of the Aperture Bracket to the translucent setting as in the picture above.
    1. Move the GAIN switch to "100" at the top of the light sensor.

For the Point Source

    1. Place the light source on the optics bench such that the notch on the bracket is aligned with 0 cm. The notch represents the location of the light bulb inside the light source box (see photo below).
