Roller Coaster Complete System

Roller Coaster tracks are constructed by securing flexible track on pegs in the three large support panels. Because the pegs are easily moved, runs on multiple track configurations can be tested and compared. You can even place two tracks side-by-side for a race! The plastic track comes in a roll and is easy to cut so you can make tracks of any length you need.

The Roller Coaster Complete System comes with three low-friction Mini Cars: one red, one yellow, and one green. Included bumpers can be mounted on the Mini Cars to study collisions, or to connect the Mini Cars as a train. A Mini Car's mass is also easily adjusted by adding and removing ballast mass.

Want to take time measurements to quantify Roller Coaster System demonstrations? Photogate support pegs make it easy. Photogates can be mounted at various locations along the track allowing time data to be collected with our Smart Timer or probeware during the run.

Even the support panels are highly functional. Use dry erase markers to write important formulas, relationships, and noted directly on the panels' dry erase surface. Equations can appear right where you need them!
