Flexible Online Learning Environment: MyAdaptiveSpace
To help educators incorporate the Online Academy Activity Objects in their curricula, a flexible, online environment called MyAdaptiveSpace is provided. Available from any location with Internet access, MyAdaptiveSpace allows educators to go online, anytime and use the Online Academy with full utility.
Lesson Planning -- (0:45)
Educators can plan their lessons by combining the selected Activity Objects with other resources such as documents, URLs, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Educators can take notes while in MyAdaptiveSpace. These notes will remain in their MyAdaptiveSpace for subsequent online sessions.
Lesson Plans -- (0:15)
Teachers can build a list of lessons and student assignments then assign them as needed.
Assigning Activity Objects to Students -- (0:38)
Lesson Plans created by educators in MyAdaptiveSpace can be easily assigned via email to a class, a group of students, or an individual student. Educators can generate reports from completed Activity Objects, to be included in student portfolios or to help determine needs for future instruction.
Indexing Tool -- (0:09)
Gives educators a simple and convenient way to list the Activity Objects of interest for quick perusal and access.
Activity Object Details -- (0:17)
Provides educators with more information about each Activity Object, including usage scenario, corresponding standards, estimated learning time, prerequisites, and suggestions for use.
