	PASCO Probes Aid Salamander Study Using PASCO probeware, an intermediate school science teacher has her students quickly and accurately assess environmental data to determine the red-backed salamander's preferred habitat. Biology at the River One science instructor's program revolves around local river, so students can see a real-life reason to respect and protect their environment. CardioHEADS Program Sparks Interest in Science Students in this program are using PASCO Heart Rate Sensors to measure how exercise affects heart rate, CO₂ Sensors to examine how carbon dioxide is produced, and EKG sensors to examine heart function.
