Physiology: EKG

Students will observe EKG tracings and be able to identify characteristics of a normal pattern.  Next, they will investigate the differences between a person at rest and a person immediately after exercise. 

Lab Summary:

Compare a person’s EKG at rest to the same person’s EKG after mild exercise.

Method:

Use an EKG Sensor to measure the electrical activity of the heart muscle before and after mild exercise.
