Project Breathe

PASCO is proud to partner with InnerLink on Project Breathe, a web-based curriculum designed to promote student health and community awareness of the effects of smoking. Project Breathe combines online resources, lesson plans, student projects and hands-on activities to engage students across disciplines to apply the scientific method to real world issues and become active members of their communities.

Project Breathe—with its education, community and professional applications—can help a school building or district comply with the federal requirements for a Wellness Program. Through Project Breathe, students learn health concepts across the curriculum, with special emphasis on reading, writing, research, science and physical education.

PASCO proudly offers Probeware kits as alternatives to the classroom kits offered through Project Breathe. These kits feature PASCO’s Xplorer GLX and include EXG and Spirometer sensors (one of each item per station). The PS-2644 2-Station Kit and PS-2645 8-Station Kit each provide enough electrode patches and Spirometer mouth pieces to accommodate a class of 30 students.
